School Policies

Lessons

Lessons are weekly and ongoing. You will be billed once per month for all classes during that month. You agree to pay the invoice by the due date specified in the invoice. Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in dismissal of the student from future classes.

Cancellations and Make-ups

In the event of a student absence due to illness, doctor's appointment, or other factor, cancellations must be communicated no later than 1:00pm the day of the scheduled class via text, email, or phone call. You may reschedule any missed classes by the end of the current semester (typically June 30 or Dec 31) or else forfeit the missed classes.

In the event of a teacher absence due to illness, family emergency, or dangerous weather conditions, we will make a good faith effort to provide access to a substitute teacher or reschedule the missed class on a different day and time. We reserve the right to cancel classes due to dangerous weather or illness.
